I stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Double Room with an amazing view of the Eiger and a cozy balcony. The breakfast was great with lots of choices, and the staff were super helpful. Free parking was a great perk, and the location was perfect for exploring. Definitely recommend!

The room had issues with cigarette smoke permeating the air, making it hard to enjoy the balcony. The toilets continuously ran throughout the night, adding to the discomfort, and the overall state of the hotel seemed in need of significant updates. The misleading description of the "mountain view" made expectations a bit dubious upon arrival.

Outdated facilities urgently need renovations!!! Limited amenities in the room, such as absence of fridges, made the stay less enjoyable!!! Weak Wi-Fi connectivity is frustrating, especially when trying to plan activities!!!

Amazing views and cozy vibes

We had an awesome time just soaking in the views of the Eiger from our balcony. The breakfast was solid, especially loved the packed lunches for our hikes! The only bummer was the WiFi being kinda slow at times. Still, the staff were super friendly and made us feel at home.

The views from our balcony were breathtaking, perfect for soaking in the mountain scenery. Breakfast offered a wide selection, with plenty of hot and cold options available each morning. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and only a pleasant walk to local shops and restaurants.

Had a great time with friends! The rooms were clean and gave off a charming chalet vibe. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of hot and cold options. We tried mini-golf, which was fun. Definitely walk to nearby spots like the Eiger and the town center. Recommended for groups looking for a cozy stay.

We did have a little trouble with the WiFi. it was slow at times, which made planning our day a bit tricky. But overall, it didn’t mar the trip too much.
